- Kalonymous ben Kalonymous (Maestro Calo)
- (1286-after 1328)French Hebrew author and translator. He lived in various French cities and also in Rome. He translated philosophical and scientific works from Arabic into Hebrew and Latin for King Robert of Naples. His Even Bohan is an ethical study in rhymed prose. In Masekhet Purim he presented a satirical parody of a talmudic tractate.
